This policy explains what personal data NaughtyMate handles when you visit this site, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
This site is run under the name NaughtyMate. You can reach us at hello@naughtymate.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. When you visit, our server automatically records your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, and basic browser information. We use this to keep the site secure and running. We keep these logs for about 14 days.
- Your age confirmation. When you confirm you are 18 or older, we store a small flag in your own browser. It contains no personal data and isn't sent to us.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your address and message to reply, and we keep the conversation as long as needed to deal with it.
We don't have user accounts or forms on this site, and we don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any of these, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the website or affiliate network you are sent to may place its own cookies or otherwise track the referral so that we can be credited. We don't receive your personal data from them; we only see aggregated results such as the number of sign-ups or the commission earned. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Why we process this data
We process server logs because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website. We process your emails to answer you.
Who receives your data
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, and our servers are located in the United States. Hostinger acts on our behalf to store and deliver the site. We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave. Write to hello@naughtymate.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for adults only and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
